Cancellation

In addition to the statutory right of cancellation set out below, we voluntarily offer an extended 30-day return period. Read more under Return.

You have a 14-day right of cancellation when you shop with us.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you ordered several items in one order but they are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You do this by contacting us at ordre@lagunecph.com stating your order number.

You cannot cancel the purchase simply by refusing delivery without notifying us at the same time.

Returning the item

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you must send the item back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us.

You will receive further information about the return process when you contact us.

Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Condition of the item on return

You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the item caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and function of the item.

We recommend that the item is returned in its original packaging.

Refunds

If you cancel your purchase, we refund the purchase amount along with the standard delivery cost of sending the item to you.
If you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery, the difference is not refunded.
Return shipping is paid by the customer.

The refund is made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notice of your decision to cancel the purchase.

We refund the amount using the same means of payment you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, or until you have provided documentation that you have returned it.
