Gift cards

We do not currently offer gift cards for purchase on lagunecph.com.

The company that issued gift cards and credit notes before the relaunch of lagunecph.com unfortunately went bankrupt. The webshop is today operated by a new company, which has not taken over the previous company's obligations, including gift cards and credit notes issued before the relaunch.

This unfortunately means that gift cards issued before the relaunch cannot be used in the current webshop.

We know this is a genuinely unfortunate situation, and we understand the disappointment of customers holding gift cards or credit notes from before the relaunch. We apologise for the inconvenience.
