Orders
Orders are placed through the webshop at lagunecph.com. When you complete an order, you receive an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to correct sold-out items, pricing errors and technical errors.
Payment
We accept payment via the payment methods shown at checkout.
The amount is only charged when the order is dispatched.
All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) including VAT.
Delivery
We deliver to addresses in Denmark and to selected EU countries.
Delivery is made with dao, GLS and PostNord.
Expected delivery time is 1-3 working days. During busy periods delivery may take longer.

Right of cancellation
You have a 14-day right of cancellation from the day you receive your item.

Returns
In addition to the statutory right of cancellation, we voluntarily offer a 30-day return period from the day you receive your order. You do not need to contact us before returning. Buy a return label yourself (we recommend PostNord or GLS with tracking) and send the parcel to our address. We do not collect parcels sent to a parcel shop. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the return is due to an error, a complaint or an incorrect item on our part.

Right of complaint
When you shop with us as a consumer, you have a 24-month right of complaint under the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
If your complaint is justified, you can have the item repaired or replaced, get your money back, or receive a reduction in the price.

Gift cards
The company that issued gift cards and credit notes before the relaunch of lagunecph.com unfortunately went bankrupt. The webshop is today operated by a new company, which has not taken over the previous company's obligations, including gift cards and credit notes issued before the relaunch. This unfortunately means that these cannot be used in the current webshop.
We apologise for the inconvenience.
