Delivery

We pack orders ourselves from our warehouse in Glostrup and drop parcels off at a parcel shop every weekday. You will normally have your order within 1–3 working days.

Free shipping on orders over DKK 1,000.

Denmark

Your order normally reaches you within 1–3 working days after dispatch. During busy periods it may take a little longer.

When your order has shipped, you receive an email with tracking so you can follow your parcel.

We offer delivery to a parcel shop or to a private address.

All orders from Denmark are shipped with dao, GLS and PostNord.

Parcels delivered to a parcel shop must be collected within the carrier's deadline (typically 7 days). If the parcel is not collected, it is returned to us.

Please note: this applies to the delivery of your order. If you wish to return an item, the return parcel must be sent directly to our address. We are unable to collect return parcels sent to a parcel shop. Read more under Return.

Delivery to the EU

We deliver to Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Sweden.

Expected delivery time: 3–5 working days.
