Lagune e-label certification

lagunecph.com is approved by the e-mark. When you shop with us, you therefore always have access to the e-brand's free case processing. The e-mark is a quality seal that shows the consumer that an online store complies with all legal requirements as well as a number of requirements for ethical behavior online.

Order

Orders can only be made through the order system in the webshop - orders are therefore not accepted by telephone or e-mail. The language is Danish, although some names and product information are in the original language, English.

In the shop there is an assorted product range that is continuously updated, and certain items will only be in the shop for a short period. The system will always be up-to-date, but during the sale there may be out-of-stock items.

The ordering process

  1. After finding an item you want to buy, select the size and press the 'Add to basket' button. You will now be sent to Basket. This can also be accessed via the link at the top right of the page.

  2. In the basket you can choose to go ahead and complete the purchase or choose more items via direct links or 'Continue shopping'.

  3. When you have looked through your basket and possibly corrected the contents, continue with the 'Checkout' button.

  4. Enter your information, choose the desired delivery method and choose the payment method and fill in the information. Then press the 'Review Order' button and press 'Proceed Order' to confirm the purchase.

  5. The order details are displayed on the 'Review and Pay' page. For each item: Account, Send to, Delivery method and Payment method, there is a link back to the checkout so that the information can be changed. When everything is ok, press the 'Pay now' button.

  6. Your order is confirmed and you are forwarded to your order page at the same time as an order confirmation is sent to your entered e-mail.

Payment

We offer payment via Shopify Payments and MobilePay via Quickpay.

We accept the following payment cards: VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Maestro, UnionPay, Diners Club, Discover, JCB. We do not charge card fees. The amount is only withdrawn from your card when the item is dispatched.

All prices on the website include 25% VAT. The price at checkout is the final price including all taxes and delivery costs.

Note! When paying with Mastercard, Visa (not Visa/Dankort) or Visa Electron, it usually takes up to a week after we have refunded your order before the amount is released to your account from Nets.

Reservation of amount

If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The money is reserved on your card or account until:

1) We deduct the amount when we send the item, or
2) the money is released according to agreement with your card issuer.

We deliver orders with Postnord or GLS:

All orders over DKK 500 are sent free of charge in Denmark. We typically deliver orders within 1-3 business days. In busy periods such as in the run-up to Christmas and sales, the delivery time may be slightly longer.

Click & Collect

You can select 'Pick up in store' (or Click & Collect) at checkout if the item(s) you have in the basket are in stock in one of the stores. This form of delivery is free. Wait for an email with a notification when the order is ready for collection and bring your invoice or order number and personal ID.

Right of cancellation

You have a 30-day right of cancellation when you shop with us

The cancellation period expires 30 days after you have received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item. The deadline means that you have 30 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. Please let us know by registering your return in the return portal or by sending us an email. If you are in doubt or have questions, contact us by email: info@lagunecph.com. 

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.

Revocation of part of the purchase

If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order. Please note that you will not get the shipping costs back if you regret part of your purchase.

Return

When you have notified us of the cancellation or have registered your item in the returportalen, send your item back to us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after you notified us of the cancellation.

Register your return in the returportalen, and get your return label or a QR code here for use during your return.

It is also possible to return the item in one of the butikkers in Copenhagen. Here they will subsequently return the amount to the account from which the order was paid.

Make sure to pack the item securely when returning, as you are responsible if damage occurs during return transport.

The condition of the item when you send it back

If the item has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the item, you can only get a part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean that you can only get back the shipping costs.
We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing (e.g. the box for shoes or leather belts), this may lead to a decrease in the value of the item. Brands and/or hangtags must still be attached as original to the item if you want to be sure of being able to get the full amount back.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item has decreased in value, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we have received your notification that you want to cancel the agreement.
We will return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.
Note: When paying with cards other than Dankort such as MasterCard, Visa Electron etc., it takes up to a week before the amount is back on the account and in some cases up to 30 days. We will refund the amount as soon as possible, but the amount may be reserved in your bank or with Nets in the meantime.

Right of complaint

When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Purchase Act apply to the purchase of goods. This means that you have the right to complain for 24 months.
If your complaint is justified, this means that you can either get the product repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the fault. If you complain within two months of the fault being discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can reimburse you for shipping costs.

Personal data policy

We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, phone number and email address.
We register and pass on the personal data that is necessary to be able to deliver the item to you.
PostNord and GLS receive the above information in order to be able to deliver the order to you and notify you of any collection in a parcel box.
The personal information is registered with R&H A/S and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
We also collaborate with several companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We only cooperate with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection for your information.
The data controller for lagunecph.com is R&H A/S.
You have the right to be informed about what information we process about you.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask for it. It can, for example, be if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we were to use it. Access to complaints

If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, you must contact us by email: info@lagunecph.com. If we are unable to find a solution, you can send a complaint to:

To be able to complain, the product or service you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110. and a maximum of DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothes and shoes, however, the price must have been at least DKK 720. It costs a fee to have the complaint processed.
When you shop at an e-brand webshop, you can have your case processed by the e-brand for free - regardless of the size of the amount. Read more here
