Shipping policy

We ship all orders from Denmark with dao, GLS and PostNord.

Denmark

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 working days. During busy periods delivery may take a little longer.

When your order has shipped, you receive an email with tracking so you can follow your parcel.

We offer delivery to a parcel shop or to a private address.

Free delivery on orders over DKK 1,000.

Parcels delivered to a parcel shop must be collected within the carrier's deadline (typically 7 days). If the parcel is not collected, it is returned to us.

Delivery to the EU

We deliver to the following EU countries: Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Sweden.
