Delivery
Typically, we ship orders within 1 or 2 work days of the order confirmation.
We only deliver with trusted carriers always providing tracking info on your parcel for a secure delivery.
Delivery to Denmark
We deliver orders within 1-3 business days. In busy periods such as in the run-up to Christmas and sales, the delivery time may be slightly longer.
For purchases over DKK 700, free delivery is offered to either a parcel shop or home address. We deliver with dao, GLS and Postnord.
Packages for daoSHOP, GLS Parcel Shop or Postnord collection point must be collected within 7 days, otherwise they will be returned to us.
'Pick up in store' is also an option if the items are in stock at the same store. It's free to pick up your order here and orders received before 10 is prepared the same day.
Click & Collect
You can select 'Pick up' (Click & Collect) at checkout if the item(s) you have selected are in stock in one of the stores. This form of delivery is free.
Wait for the email notification stating the order is ready for collection and bring your invoice or order number and personal ID.

Lagune primarily delivers international orders with courier Postnord. Estimated delivery time is 3-7 days depending on the delivery address.
